Any subcontractors processing your data do so strictly in accordance with the principles and commitments of this policy, exclusively for the purposes stated above. As soon as we become aware of the death of a user and in the absence of instructions from them, we commit to destroying their data, unless its retention is necessary for evidentiary purposes or to meet a legal obligation.
